Type Locality and Naming
Term from downhole logging to due high organic content, hence higher Uranium and high (“hot”) gamma signature?
Synonym: It is also known as the Argiles de Tiounkeline Fm in the Ahnet Basin region, and Argiles a Graptolites Fm (Argiles à Graptolites Fm) in the Mouydir Basin region (see Fig. 3 of van Dijk et al., 2019).

It unconformably overlies the Felar Felar Fm (Ahnet Basin) or the M’Kratta El Golea Fm (Mouydir Basin)
